Alessandro Castriciano
Eclectic event professional, director and multimedia content producer, with solid international experience gained between Europe and United Arab Emirates. Since 2000 he has held technical and organizational roles in the entertainment industry, from sound engineering to project management, acquiring important knowledge of all the different phases of project implementation and direction, from the creation of a concept to production and on-site management. Founder and Managing Director until 2020 of TheOnlooker event management company based in Dubai UAE, as Producer and Creative Director he took care of creativity, budgeting, production and video content for ceremonies, fashion shows, conferences, award ceremonies and video mapping. Today he is also focused on cultural dissemination projects, interior design and old furniture recycling.

Gioia Zenoni
Archaeologist, specialized in Classical Archaeology, she has participated in missions of international importance in Lombardy and Middle East, combining excavation and work in museums and archives with experimental development of innovative languages ​​for multimedia communication, tourist use and cultural planning. Her experience ranges from publishing (already an editorial staff member of "Stratagemmi - Prospettive teatro", "Archeostorie. Journal of Public Archaeology” and "Le Montagne Divertenti”), websites and apps, exhibitions, documentaries, author also for RAI Storia.
She collaborates to educational, research and dissemination activities at the University of Milan and at IULM University, where she is project manager of the HumanLab (Department of Humanities). She is also promoting and leading cultural and educational projects for the Valli del Verbano Mountain Community.

Silvia Nardo
Academic Master of Visual Arts, with a specialization in Photography, she deals with graphics, communication and production since the late ’90 when she founded and managed a technical production company collaborating with prestigious music festivals such as Arezzo Wave. After getting a Masters in Art Management she also collaborated with press office of publishing companies and private foundations. Since then she continues to provide consultancy for creation, development and planning of events, graphic concepts and multimedia communication, VR environments, print and layout. Her last project under development is called Uroboro, an artistic collective of Pop Interior Design.

Beno
Electrical engineer, optics designer for EUV lithography, journalist, mountaineering, history and traditions enthusiast, in 2007 he founded Le Montagne Divertenti, quarterly magazine of mountaineering and alpine culture of which he is editor, director, graphic designer, writer and photographer. In 2014 he started Beno Editore, a publishing house dedicated to the publication of photographic, hiking and historical research volumes.
Freelance photographer and videographer, he stands out for shots in mountainous zones that are difficult to reach, such as summits and rock walls, even in the most extreme weather conditions; he is also a drone pilot with certified EASA/ENAC training.
Out of passion and ethical conviction, he breeds animals, mows meadows, looks after woods, paths, fields and orchards, contributing as much as possible to heritage and land conservation.
